Notes on this table:

The roadway column shows red CLOSED if we have detected water on the road or the roadway has not been inspected after a high water event. Turn around - Don't drown.

The current elevation will show 0.00 when the water is at the roadway. It will have a green negative number when the water is below the roadway, and a red positive number when the water is over the roadway. A blue Out of Service indicates that the water level information is not available at this time.
The time periods under elevation show the amount of change of the water level in the time period. Green indicates that the water is going down while red indicates rising water.

The bottom Off / Partial / FLASHING shows the status of the red flashing lights.
